This Privacy Policy explains how EBCard.io and EBCard Studio collect, use, store and protect information when you visit our marketing site, contact us, create an account or use the EBCard Studio application.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, account details, billing references, template settings, contact-card inputs, uploaded brand assets and support messages. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps and basic usage logs.

How we use information

To operate EBCard Studio and provide account, template, upload, generation and download features.
To process subscriptions, billing events, invoices and account status through Stripe.
To respond to contact forms, support requests and enterprise enquiries.
To maintain security, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve reliability.
To improve the product, website performance and customer experience.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. EBCard Studio does not store full card numbers, CVC codes or raw payment method details. We store Stripe customer, subscription and invoice references needed to keep billing and account status in sync.

Uploaded assets and generated files

When you upload backgrounds, logos, icons or profile photos, those files are used to provide the service and may be processed, resized or re-encoded. Generated card ZIPs are temporary production files. Account records, templates and job history may be retained so you can manage templates and rerun jobs.

Sharing with service providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the service, including hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, analytics or monitoring tools, security providers and form-processing services. These providers may only use information as needed to provide their services to us.

Cookies and authentication

EBCard Studio uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security and essential application functionality. Marketing pages may use basic analytics or performance tooling if configured.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, secure authentication practices and limited access to production systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond responsibly to issues.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security and support account recovery or job reruns. Temporary generated files may expire sooner than durable job records.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, billing, security and operational requirements. Account deletion and subscription cancellation may follow the account-management rules shown inside EBCard Studio.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using EBCard.io or EBCard Studio, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements or service providers change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date above or by providing additional notice where appropriate.
